just insert service menu code
Service-Menu: *#6984125*# (for Vodafone-branded phones: *#3695147*#)

then u see service menu
now select 2nd option PRE-CONFIGURATION
enter operator code
Code for 'Pre-config' menu (operator code): *#73561*# (for Vodafone: *#83301*#)
then click confrim
now u see new menu
now just click on install

now reset again with *2767*3855#
now your set in unlocked and full reset........
