motobook mh5000 hard reset reset done with mirracle box while volcano unable to connect this phone ( i also tried to find hard reset solution over internet but did not got any solution )

how to hard reset ?
press and hold volume down and power botton untill it shows motobook and restart and again shows motobook logo .
insert usb cable (it will ask for usb drivers . install desire drivers )
now root ur phone with mrracle and wipe or reset ur phone
ur done
