Alcatel S211 dead:

1)-Cheick if the + and – are not shortcut.

If NO~~SOFTWARE PROBLEM.

If YES~~HARDWARE PROBLEM.

And so desold the PA to solve it as shown on the picture.But No Network!
If you have another PA can change it.
1000000°/° Working.
Is there any JUMPER for that?
