This solution is for Samsung GT-I9020T Power Button Problem. If your phone’s is dead, not on power button is damaged I have marked it’s ways jumper track in the diagram below.

Just make the jumpers at the first contact point. If by any chance that is also broken I have marked two more contact point next to the first. It is not recommended to bypass the parts the first jumpers are made to.

If you can not see charging symbol then replace the battery and check it again.

Make the Samsung GT-i9020T flash with latest firmware and check it again.

The last option is dis assemble the mobile phone and apply jumpers as given in diagram
